This review is long overdue. My most recent experience at this dealership in the service dept was wonderful. Josh Grissom was exceptional and made sure all of my concerns were taken care of and he kept in constant contact with me. He even walked over to Costco to help jump my husbands battery when it died in the parking lot. I would also like to mention Autumn over at the express lanes. I originally schedule a quick service but when she saw my note about my check engine coming on, she proactively set me up to work with Josh so, when I arrived, she walked me over to the main service center and already had everything set up for me. My wife and I bought a new vehicle from here. Dillon O our sales representative was pleasant and made the experience easy and smooth. Devin the business manager was also very helpful and had a great attitude. Overall great experience.

Had a appointment for 8:15. Arrived early as usual. Spoke with service person and they directed me to maintenance because I needed a diagnostic. Service performed a diagnostic and found nothing but told me when they do the oil change they would perform a more indept diagnostic. At 10:15 went to inquire on vechile and was told to go have a seat they was working on other things and that the cars that was dropped off the night before came before minds. At 11:26 , finally checking out . Wouldn't refer anyone to Thompson Cadallic.
