This is the least pleasant car dealership I've ever had the misfortune of stopping at. The Cadillac showroom is dated, and dirty. The only pleasant part of this dealership was the woman that greeted me when I walked in. Otherwise, the experience was less than stellar. I currently own a 2023 CT5, and I'm interested in upgrading to a 2025 as they've updated the car. Ulysses, the salesman that I had the displeasure of meeting today did not seem interested in showing me a car. After telling him what I wanted I was told "yeah it really didn't change that much" and he just started listing the changes. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh in Service , Josh went above and beyond to get the job done for me. Josh really understands customer service and his main goal is making sure the customer leaves his watch satisfied

My service advisor Josh is the best in the business. He was knowledgeable and actually listened to what I was saying about my a/c when I came in for the repair. Other places were trying to charge me for all type of services and parts that I knew were not the issue. Josh communicated my concerns to the technicians and they were able to diagnose the electrical issue within the hour saving me from erroneously replacing the a/c components that were suggested by the other dealership. Thank you Josh for taking the time to do things right. Thompson jus gained a customer for life.
