We were referred to their service department for our Kia Sorrento, as we had been to another place 3x with no fix, but with a lot of money paid. The service team was very professional, helpful and clear on the issues. The fix ended up being minimal (thankfully) and we were able to pick it up the same day.

Mike and Feras took care of my husband and me. They stayed open 2 hours later so we could purchase our car. They were courteous and patient as my husband was on the phone for a long time with the bank. They made sure to detail the car and worked with me to help me with the app and any other questions I had about the car. I am super happy with the service and courtesy given at Westgate Mitsubishi. I also am now driving a lovely car with an amazing warranty. Thank you for treating my husband and me like family here at Westgate Mitsubishi!
