When I had to reschedule an initial sampling, Irina and Harold offered to come to my home instead, and spent ~30 minutes answering all my questions and allowing me to try sample. When the foam for my couch cushion arrived, they came out to pick up and brought the new cushion back within 24 hours.

I was so happy to find this company. They were easy to work with. They helped me select fabric (no need to go to a fabric store first ... I had wasted my time!) Wonderful work on two chairs and two love seats! Reasonable pricing. And, really, such a nice small family -owned kind of place! I wouldn't go anywhere else should I have future need!
