On Saturday morning, I dropped my phone, and it "died." Ugh! I bought a new one but couldn't activate it, due to two-factor authentication. A code was being sent to my old phone, but that phone was broken, and I couldn't get the code. By Saturday night, my frustration level was high, so I put out a request for help on Yelp, not expecting an answer for at least a day or two. Techfix responded that night! I drove there Monday morning, and he easily switched the SIM cards at no cost. No screen repair needed! Two other places offered to repair the screen for $100. Techfix's integrity and professionalism are top notch, and I now have a "tech place," if I ever need one again!
My phone is a few years old and the battery wouldn't stay charged like it used to. Techfix was able to install a new battery and fixed my fingerprint sensor which had also stopped working. Definitely highly recommend!
I received the best service here! It was super fast and very affordable! Apple and other laptop repair stores couldn’t fix my older MacBook but the owner here took my laptop and fixed it with no problems at all! I’m now able to use my laptop and saved hundreds of dollars!
