thank goodness i actually pay attention to my bill and account. why would you add insurance to my account without my knowledge?I already have applecare. I dont need nor did i ask for whatever metro offers to be added to my acocunt.

The store rep was awesome, friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. The issue I have is having to drive 45 minutes to even find a metro store and getting there to find out that their shipment is weeks late for all of their locations in the area so I was unable to get a phone today which was my main focus. This guy totally deserved the sale.
