This place was assigned by Lowe’s for my kitchen countertop project. They were on time every time they came to the house and worked with me to modify the design patiently and installed in timely manner and did a great job with the installation. Very happy with their work!

Stone Systems was brought in by Home Depot to fabricate and install a granite countertop. I was too busy to stay focused on it and follow up. But the team starting with Camilla stayed with it and saw it thru in a timely manner with good workmanship. The only reason for dinging a star is that in removing the counter, they removed paint and did not fill in the gap between the wall and backsplash properly with caulking and paint touch up.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They overcharged me for a countertop project. I've called several times and eveytime there's some excuse of a manager not being available to process my refund. It's been almost two months and they have yet to refund me. It's such a shame that companies like this exist. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking about getting a countertop installation from them directly or via Lowes, don't waste your time. They are not ethical, professional and lack integrity.

I would not I use them again. The techs were fine, but the office workers are awful. They must get a lot of angry callers because they are immediately and aggressively on the defensive from the very start when you aren’t even upset. The first time I called was because I missed their call. They didn’t leave a voicemail, but I looked up their number and saw it was them, so I called back because I was waiting for them to schedule the measurement appointment. The lady that answered must have done something she knew she shouldn’t have done because as soon as I said, “Hey, I saw I missed your call”, she was super defensive and offensive. Another time I called because my project was delayed because I missed an email. Ok, my fault. I asked the guy who answered to simply change my email address. I guess that was an offensive request because he immediately started arguing with me about how he didn’t need to change my email because they would never use it again. I said “I understand, I would just feel better to know you have a better email.” My gosh, his tone and reply were so offensive I really wanted to cancel my project then and there. He claimed he changed my email, but I continued to get many emails to the original address. Two lies in one call on top of telling me I was going to have to wait about two more months when I had already waited that long (fortunately, it was only about 3-4 more weeks). Anyway, if you have a choice, I’d look elsewhere.

Camila, the sales representative at Stone Systems, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of selecting countertops for our two properties. From choosing the stone in their Raleigh showroom to reviewing the design and final cut layout, she stayed involved at every step--proactively communicating with us and coordinating with her internal team to ensure everything aligned with our preferences. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with the entire team.
