We are thrilled with our pool from SPOT pools. Edwin and his crew have extensive experience in pool building. They managed the issues we had with drainage, septic, and elevation with ease. Edwin took a basic design we had and made it our dream. We chose an elevated spa, with a cabo shelf with 3 steps, and a back retaining wall with 3 water features. Edwin paired our pool with the highest quality equipment (Polaris) and did a perfect job installing and tuning. His office staff is incredibly easy to work with and we had ZERO issues with billing/invoicing. We passed all inspections with ease. Edwin was amazing and saved my bacon. We had another large pool company start our project and once they dug the hole, they barely came back. Edwin stepped right in and delivered on time and on budget and added some functional and design changes that have made a real difference. He's also always been there in the rare instance I've had a question or problem - responding almost instantly, even on the weekends. I've recommended him to friends and neighbors and each has had a similarly exceptional experience. I can't say enough about what a great team they have.
