I have worked for Hammerhead for 3 years now and can say that this company is diverse and family oriented. I have worked as a pool attendant and now working with the maintenance team. Anybody that has left hammerhead, it wasn’t because they went to another pool company but because they found other career opportunities. We all are human so mistakes will be made , so people who get fired it’s because they literally tried to do nothing and get away with it. When we do make mistakes, the Owners and managers will come out themselves and do what’s necessary to get the job done and this is what makes hammerhead the best pool company.
