I'm really thankful for this business. I went in on Valentines Day requesting a lily arrangement and they got it ready for me within some mins. Didn't expect them to have it ready for me as quick as they did! Also, I accidentally dropped the arrangement I ordered and they gave me a new set at no charge - that's a company worth investing in! They were so understanding and gracious! Go to special touch flowers - they won't disappoint!

Such an amazing shop ran by amazing people. Went in to get last minute Valentine’s Day roses for my friends and mother and they were very busy and accommodating to what I needed with exceptionally fast service.

Special Touch in Raleigh did an outstanding job with the order I placed. I live in Virginia and saw their outstanding reviews online, so I decided to use them. I ordered the “Love You Beary Much” flower basket at 9:15am for a friend in the Labor/Delivery unit at a local hospital. I was unsure if they would be able to deliver same day, but they had the basket created and delivered to her room by 12:45pm (just 3.5 hours after placing the online order). I also added a special request for an addition to the basket, but wasn’t sure if they would honor the request, and they did.
