Richard and Francisco went above and beyond on this warranty call. My request for a nail pop repair was addressed quickly and they also identified & fixed additional issues they identified while on site. They provided a detailed recap and at no cost! Highly recommend!
It doesn't look like these guys need more reviews, but I wanted to give their sales team a great review. We ultimately went with a local company with an equally good reputation, but these guys made it a very hard decision. The salesman was prompt, polite, not pushy, and clearly well-trained in the roofing trade. I am grateful for the time and effort this company puts into educating the homeowner. Crew was on time and worked diligently. Brad the sales guy answered all my questions about warranty, differences in shingles and other things.BJ kept me posted on how things were going and sent pics of progress. Let me know that things looked good after the old shingles were removed.Clean was very thorough was only able to find one nail and if you ask me no one can ask for more that.
