This salon is amazing. Joy did my manicure and she was fantastic. I made the mistake of not annotating that I wanted nail art when booking online, but she was so flexible and understanding. It’s the most perfect manicure I’ve ever gotten. She pays so much attention to detail and wants to ensure the customer is happy with the results. The salon itself has an awesome atmosphere. Most salons feel like a shift change at a greyhound bus station with all the people in and out and stressed nail techs. This salon felt really peaceful and everyone was so nice. So happy to have finally found my go-to salon in Raleigh. ♥️

I want to start with the positives first- The salon was decorated nicely and I was greeted upon entering. My nail technician was kind and friendly and she offered me water before we got started. My gel polish on my nails looks fabulous- probably the best gel polish experience I have ever had. The technician took her time and really payed close attention to the detail and cleanliness. No lifting or rough spots!Now, onto some less than positive experiences- I booked a signature mani and pedi and I’d give both of them a 7/10. Absolutely love this place!The service is outstanding, Sisi (owner) is so wonderful she is very focused on making your experience the best it can be!!Sierra is my girl, she is super detailed and always makes sure you’re satisfied with her work.I always feel great when I leave this place!!Thank you for what you do!
