They stand behind their work. We have been Intrepid customers for three now. Great customer service and they show up when they say they will. The annual service contract is a great deal — the techs are super thorough about maintenance and cleaning during the spring and fall tune ups.

We own and operate Spenga North Raleigh which is a fitness studio in North Raleigh. The AC units were not working properly causing a lot of moisture in the studio. Shumate (Intrepid) came right out, identified the problem and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. The tech was so very informative, professional and friendly. Shumate (Intrepid) went above and beyond today. That doesn't happen very often. Thanks to all the employees at Shumate (Intrepid) for decreasing my stress and getting the units fixed.

In a misguided attempt to save some $$, I called on a different company for a spring maintenance check of my AC. They informed repairs would be $1200. In a panic, I called my long-time favorite, Intrepid and they come out immediately and informed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my AC. As that happened 3 years ago and my AC is still performing perfectly, they must have been right. I will NEVER call on any other HVAC company again!
