Anna was prompt and even came a day early. She was thorough and professional and explained our system check up so we could understand everything that was done. We’ve had only great service from this company. We would highly recommend Service Experts.
With our air conditioner broken during the heat wave last week, Frederick Satterfield and his helper showed up early and worked all day to get our new heat pump/air conditioner up, while removing mold buildup in the air duct. Both technicians were friendly and careful, addressing all my questions and concerns. By 3pm the house was finally cooling down. I highly recommend them.
