I bought a pair of Louboutin oxfords for my wedding reception, but the shoe was slightly big with a small gap in the back. Josselin was incredibly helpful and patient as we figured out the best solution, which ended up being a small heel pad in the back.
Santana was able to place the heel pad in my shoes and match the suede in my shoe to cover it. Overall, the experience was pleasant and stress-free, and their rush service was prompt. I will be back with more leather and shoe items in the future.

I had a pair of Louis Vuitton sandals (my favorites) repaired that I honestly didn’t think could be. When I picked up my sandals, they looked brand new! They definitely saved me a ton of money!
