I really don’t care to do these posts but I have to say that Tara and her team are first class and are on top of their game. They know their stock but also appear to really enjoy their work. Shamika is a joy to work with because she has an extraordinary mastery of the business and the supplies stock but also has a warm sense of humor. It’s no wonder that she was moved to the new location at Plantation Center Drive. I hope Tara gave her a raise or an extra bit to cover her longer commute. Although I was disappointed that Rising Sun no longer carries Sundance spas, I was pleased to learn that they will still service what they sold when the warranty period expires because... read full review

Last year I had a difficult problem with pool controls. (8-Year old system). Even changing the whole board didn’t help. Not ideal, but it happens. Rising Sun stepped up and remained committed to finding a solution. They even got Hayward to come out. Rising Sun is the kind of reliable partner you want to stand behind your pool.
