These guys were great. They were personable which I liked the most. I'm cautious and hard-to-please but they got through my personal boundaries. They also allowed me to make changes that fit my life, not theirs. I'm thoroughly content!
I was very happy with the Customer Service Representative who assisted me in getting my loan. She worked with me and we helped each other. More representatives should show more empathy when working with their customer. Overall, I would recommend clients to Regional Finance in the future.
