Couldn’t be happier. Excellent service courtesy of Richard and exceptional pricing. Literally charged 1/3 the price other companies quoted me for the same job (replace shower valve). Not only was it profoundly less expensive than competitors, Raleigh Plumbing & Heating included more in their quote. Other companies were said the job would take 4-6hours and ran the bill up. By contrast, Raleigh Plumbing & Heating did it in an hour. And, because the technician finished faster than he anticipated, they invoiced me for $100 less than they quoted. Really, I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of work and remarkably reasonable pricing.
The service rep Richard was great so was the office in scheduling my appointment and getting out quickly. Appreciate what they did and the quality of the work. Richard is the Man. They even had the patience to work with my home warranty company so I could get reimbursed.
Water leak from fridge and valve would not close on wall. They were excellent in response with options to fix problem. I have used Raleigh before and they are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
