Can you imagine being on vacation in another country, on your third day, getting a message from your dog sitter that your bathroom is leaking water from the ceiling ? i can and it is horrifying. In a state of panic did a search on some neighborhood sites and found that brian from r d u plumbings name came up more than once. I text the number associated with his name and got a response within minutes. The very next day, first thing in the morning, clearing his schedule to fix with our emergent problem.While we were away. I want to first Acknowledge Air Experts has excellent Customer Service and are focused on helping you with your problem. Yesterday was a crazy day for me as it started with the house not having water. I called Air Experts to help resolve this and they were able to schedule a Plumber, Luiz to arrive between 12-2pm. He arrived around 1pm found my problem, being resin beads had escaped my soft water system and had gone through & blocked my pipes and fittings. I had to call my Sift Water System company to resolve the issue, which they did, however, they could not clear my tankless hot water heater and I had to get an Plumber. Brandon Alverez was very efficient and great at answering all my questions. He informed me of the things that could use some attention down the road and some suggestions of things to do now. He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I would consider asking for him for any HVAC service I may need in the future as he seems very knowledgable. .
