Im impressed at every aspect of this business. The front lady was direct and understanding. The work on my boots was perfect. They helped me find products to maintain my shoes as well. I look forward to when I will need to come back for my next repair. Price was good, work is perfect, service is excellent.

I have had a couple of things repaired here, including a belt. The lady who welcomes you when you enter is helpful and friendly. The man who works there with her, perhaps it is her husband, is a bit more challenging, but overall this is a good leather repair facility.

Excellency service for an emergency situation: in Raleigh for a wedding. Lost rubber tip on the heel of shoes for the wedding party. Quail Corner graciously repaired both heels while I waited. Fantastic! Reasonable price! Thank you!
