I am so happy I took a pair of leather sandals here to get resoled! I wear these sandals all the time-walking the dog, hiking, etc and I did not want to break in a new pair, but the soles were worn down. One of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, so I asked for one of the sandal’s soles to be made thicker since inserts are so difficult. They did exactly what I asked and I felt imminent joy when I got my sandals back and put them on! Friendly staff, fair price, and great quality work. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Shoe Repair in Raleigh. The owner was incredibly prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. He added four small snaps to the back of my stroller and had the job finished in less than 20 minutes.
Before coming here, I was quoted an outrageous price by another local leather repair shop, so I really appreciated how fair and reasonable his pricing was. The quality of the work was excellent, and the quick turnaround was an added bonus.
