I’ve had a extraordinary experience with Jae at Pro Motion PT over the last few months. I was experiencing nagging shoulder pain and Jae was able to formulate a treatment plan that included a mix of strength training, stretching, cupping and dry needling. This was my first experience with PT and I really appreciated the one on one interaction and level of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of individualized PT care!
James is the best PT I have ever been to (and I have unfortunately seen several)! He has a special gift. Anytime my friends, family or neighbors are experiencing persistent pain, I immediately recommended they go see James at ProMotion! He is very perceptive, a great listener, understands the human body and how it functions, and is incredibly talented at healing it from pain! Additionally, the environment at ProMotion is sunny, clean and peaceful (unlike many PT clinics I have been to in the past), not to mention, an incredibly convenient location.
