Jared is an excellent Physical Therapist and customizes his approach. You receive individual attention and do not feel you like part of a heard of patients with a one size fits all approach. He listens to you and is empathetic with your pain. It was so helpful to be able to videotape his recommended mobilization and stretching exercises so I could do them at home. Highly recommend Breakthrough PT and will not go back to therapists at large Orthopaedic practices where it takes you a 4-6 weeks to get an appt and you are rushed thru.

I have now seen Jared with BreakThrough Physical Therapy on Creedmoor Road three times. He has helped me a lot. He explains things well, answers all my questions and is encouraging in my progression.

I can’t say enough good things about Breakthrough Physical Therapy on Creedmoor Rd. I used them in 2018, and again recently in 2023, both times with great results. I love that a real person (usually Maria) answers the phone when you call, and everyone there is friendly and professional. This time my therapist was Jared. He was the person who greeted me and did my entire session on each visit. The first visit was an assessment of my injury, what movements made it worse or better, so that he could tailor my therapy.
