I reached out after seeing a mouse in my kitchen. Luis came over next-day, and he found the droppings and entry points promptly. He was able to offer clear recommendations. Luis's expertise was obvious, and throughout our interactions he was communicative and personable. (Also did not mind my dog licking him and trying to steal his hat!) Would recommend this service.

He walked through and explained his procedures, included tips and additional instructions for pets, and was helpful with any questions I had.
