“I want to start with the positives first- The salon was decorated nicely and I was greeted upon entering. My nail technician was kind and friendly and she offered me water before we got started. My gel polish on my nails looks fabulous- probably the best gel polish experience I have ever had. The technician took her time and really payed close attention to the detail and cleanliness. No lifting or rough spots!Now, onto some less than positive experiences- I booked a signature mani and pedi and I’d give both of them a 7/10. I was hoping for a pampering experience and I ended up leaving feeling like I spent two hours of my day just getting a very basic service. I should have read closely to see you don’t get the warm towels with the signature pedicure- that was disappointing because the water was so cold by the end of my pedicure and the salon itself was freezing. My feet still have rough spots around my heels. Typically, I’ve gotten a nice leg and foot/hand and arm massage with any mani/pedi I’ve ever had. I think my technician spent maybe one to two minutes at most on my legs and the hand/arm massage was simply putting lotion on my hands. During my manicure, two of my cuticles were cut and bleeding. I feel it could have been avoided had my nails been soaked beforehand. I asked if that was a practice they did there and she said no.Again, no problems with staff- very kind and warm- just wasn’t pleased with the price I payed for the service I received and definitely didn’t have the experience I was hoping for.“

“Jeanette did my initial consultation and was so convincing and inspiring that I scheduled 3 different procedures! She was patient, thorough and clear about the procedures offered. I did my brows first, then did two different areas of camouflage on my arm and back. Last, I did the lip color. All I can say is WOW! Who would have thought a little ink could give so far? I love waking up looking fresh with my eyebrows and lips without having to put makeup on! I'm even more impressed with the camouflage on my arm. We did one of the two large patches to test the area and I'm completely blown away how the one patch is so faint and unnoticeable after just one treatment. I'm looking forward to going back to get the 2nd patch camouflaged! These areas on my arm were sun damaged when I was younger and the patches were darker than my skin color. It almost looked like a big birth mark and drove me crazy in all my pictures. Now the one patch we did is SO much less visible and I'm thrilled! I have tried expensive laser treatments, creams, peels and all kinds of recommended things that never worked until now. Thank you!!!“
