I’ve already recommended Oak Street Health to my family members and friends. Because I’m very pleased and satisfied with their performance overall. They treat you like family!

My appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 appointment verification was completed four times in the last week. I had screenshots and emails to prove so what was told I had no appointment. They talked to the office manager and was able to get me a 430 appointment so around 4 o’clock 415. They started to take me to the back the nurse practitioner TEO. SoccerWas unattended he was not concerned with what I’ll came in there for he seemed a little upset that I didn’t get there till 430 and I tried to explain that my appointment is at 2:30 and I have been in the office since 220. He basically said I don’t want to talk about that. Let’s get through your exam very short very un open minded I have survived alcoholism 16 1/2 years sober. I have survived stab wounds to my head I have survived the military. I have survived Medical misdiagnosis. I do not want to be on a bunch of pills. I left the office in tears. I went straight to my pharmacist with the notes which were verify was incorrect and dramatic. You see a doctor or a nurse practitioner only takes about 75 contact hours of pharmacology a pharmacist takes 3-eight years. All I can say is we are our own best advocate and as a senior citizen, we have to advocate for ourselves. I like having a doctor who’s willing to talk to me like I’m a human being not a robot. I’m not a robotic person and if I ask to fix my health information correctly. It should be done immediately. Nobody knows me better than myself. Very disappointed in Oak City Health. Please do not respond or call me ever no marketing mail either thank you God bless anybody’s business practice Two other patients were sharing complaints

This was the absolute worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life I have CRPS and he walked in the door after me giving the nurse my records and said we don't give this medication out we don't prescribe this like I came in for a fix or something else I've been in the bed 14 years I have CRPS for 23 years my doctor passed away and I needed a new DOT I made an appointment there and it was unbelievably discrimination at its full do not under any circumstance think you're going to go there and get the treatment you think you need. These people are off their rockers have a system of their own that discriminate against meds and clients.
