Oak City is a phenomenal place to get tattooed. Marco and Neal run an awesome shop with a super laid back atmosphere. I have only had work done by Marco but have seen everyone else's work (Neal, Donovan and Colby) and their stuff is always good. Marco saw in my brain and made it 100 times better. Thanks for being so patient with me. We started the line work 10 years ago and you would never be able to tell we didn’t complete the tattoo much closer together. He is insanely talented. Cant wait for the next!

I've went to Neal Scoggins for about 3 small tattoos now and he always does a great job! Phenomenal line work and stresses that he will do any touch ups if necessary- love the customer service!!!
