Was in Raleigh for a soccer tournament (we're from out of state) and my daughter broke an ear hook diving to save the ball. We were able to come to the office at 8am the next morning and the audiologist gave her a new earhook and changed the tubing. She had us on our way back to soccer in under 30 minutes! The front desk staff and the audiologist were friendly and very, very appreciated. I paid a very reasonable price for services. Highly recommend.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. From my initial phone call I felt I had found the right place. Dr Shopovick explained all testing results and treatment options. Felt well informed and comfortable with our choice for treatment.

My husband has hearing loss and requires hearing aids. It became apparent his hearing aids needed to be replaced. Being new to the area, I researched clinics. Based on reviews, we decided to go to Now Hear This in Raleigh. What a great decision! We were greeted by Karina, the patient coordinator in a very pleasant manner and asked if we wanted coffee or water!The office is clean and welcoming.
