Keldric was very accommodating since I came pretty soon before close. The cut was pretty pristine. It did take a good amount of time, but if the haircut is worth it, I don’t mind. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back. The only drawback was the place needs a major renovation. If I had the funds, I would love to help them out. If anyone has a remodel company and wants to help a black business out, this spot has been here for 40yr and seems to have loyal customers. I think they deserve the help.

We love Joe! It took a little while and a couple of bad haircuts elsewhere (for my two grandsons) until we found Joe. He's an artist and does an amazing job. Mr. Joe is our guy.

I like this local barber shop a lot. It's certainly no “fancy”, “upscale” shop. It reminds me of the corner barbers back home when I was growing up. I always go to see “Larry” to cut my hair. Very nice gentleman. The shop is open to everyone, you'll see all types of folks coming in and out (which is nice). Prices are a bit lower than most other shops I've been to in the Raleigh area and my cut looks great every time.
