We recently had a new water heater installed, and we could not be more pleased with the service Joseph provided. From the very beginning, he was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which immediately gave us confidence that the job was in good hands.
The installation itself was far from easy, as the tank had to be installed in a very cramped and challenging space. Despite the complications, Joseph worked tirelessly and stayed overtime to make sure everything was completed properly in just one day. I had Clay, Newcomb plumber, replace the expansion tank on my hot water heater. Clay carefully explained what he was doing. He check the water pressure going into the water heater and found it high. He made adjustments to the house pressure reduction valve to bring it back to specification. He also told me how to drain my hot water heater to keep calcium from building up. I was very happy with Newcomb's plumbing service.
Clayton. Seekamp came to check on small water discharge(s) from overflow pipe (not sure of technical details). Anyways it turned out there were several issue, largest being a failed Pressure Release Valve. He had to leave during the appointment to address an emergency at another customer, but returned that night (after 8PM I think) to replace the PRV and also expansion tank, ensuring everything was fixed that day/night even though it was very late for him. That is dedication to service.
