Can’t beat the customer service and ambience . If you’re looking for a head turning cut this is your place to go. I’ve been getting a haircut by Popeye now going on 10 years but all the barbers are Professional with the clippers!
One of the best fades I’ve had in Raleigh. Ask for Charlotte, he’s been cutting hair for over 5 decades born and raised Manhattan! He gave me a great skin fade, taking his time to give me what I wanted. He gave me the hot towel and shave, and also gave me a facial and massage on my head and shoulders. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I felt like I was at the spa.
Popeye (owner) has this place feeling like a true family. Kids, teens, adults, seniors, ALL are welcome and will be well taken care of!!
