The price that she quotes you on the phone increases by $20 when you get there in person. I got boho knotless and less than 24 hours later over 20 pieces came out. I called Nara and she said she cant do anything about the pieces that come out. They braid good and fast but whats the purpose of boho knotless if the boho hair keeps falling out?

It was last minute cause all the other shops honored their holiday and I respect that. You asked me how long I wanted my hair and I told you not long and u still braided it mid back. Then when I get ready to pay you gonna tell me $226 cause 3 people was on my head that 2 people got on it the last hour. This will be the first and last $226 u get out of me and the ones that do my hair anyways is better. Thank you for your service.

i had a horrible experience i got there at 3:00 left at 10:00 workers were rude, i asked for medium knotless i got xsmall and it they dipped and it went all the way to my shoulders.

I went in on a Sunday they opened up at 10am.i was the 3rd person in line to come in as soon as they opened. I didn’t get seated to do my hair until 11:40amwhich I showed the lady what color I want while was brown she brought out a blonde I told her that’s not the right color and we argued about the hair color another lady had to step in and got the right color. I had to switch seats 4 times because they were arguing about who came in order and who is braiding which clients hair. I had 3 people in my hair. The one lady which I did not get her name was super nice. There was some very unprofessional and uncomfortable conversations going on as well. It was a lot of arguing about the price for mid length $220 and waist length $250. I didn’t get out til 5pm due to the wait of being seated and once seated waiting on someone to braid my hair and finish my hair. I do like my braids but that was basically too long to wait and sit for medium knotless

First I want to say I frequent this salon now for the last 4 years I have not always had the best experience customer service can you use a little tightening up however got my hair braided today and it's absolutely beautiful AWA!!!! Best braids i have ever gotten medium parts light amount of hair BOHO $240 came out spectacular... ask for AWA!! if u want it done right the 1st time

Never go to this hair salon if you want them to do something correctly. Today is Wednesday and I got my hair done on Sunday, my braids are literally sliding out from the root. I called the owner informing them of this since I did pay over $250 with a tip added, they informed me I could come back at anytime to get it fixed correctly. I arrive and they send me home stating they can’t do it and I will have to come back tomorrow, everyone’s schedule isn’t flexible for them to show up at anytime. Even if you set up an appointment you have to wait over an hour to be serviced. This is my second time at this braiding place and I only came a second time hoping it’ll be better service maybe but I was unfortunately let down.

Made a last minute appointment for medium box braids and Ms.Angleia got me right I love it. Me personally I like the atmosphere made me feel like I was chillin with my aunties everyone was nice.

Very unprofessional and apparently doesn’t know what making an appointment means. Wait time was ridiculous after making an appointment. Not only that, but they proceeded to take walk-ins over the people with appointments, and then later claim that they “don’t do appointments”. Then what does taking down the date, time, name and style mean if you don’t do appointments?? I would give 0 starts if I could. Would not recommend.

Ladies I have experienced alot similar situations that you all have experienced at this shop. No one wants to spend alot of money and deal with bad energy and attitudes. It's disgusting. Worse experience of my life. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone said the price for mid back knotless was $220 and I said OK. When I walked into my appointment and I asked for mid back they change the price to $250. I said well, what is the price for $220 and she said upper to mid back and I said OK we can do that instead and we confirm the price at $220. My braider started braiding my hair and she also asked me what length I wanted. I told her to do whatever the price of $220 was and she said OK. She said she was going to make the braids smaller and I asked her is that still $220 and she said yes the price had not changed and I said OK. So when I went to go check out, they said the price was $250 even though we had confirmed the price for $220 and i reiterated about 5 times that I only wanted to pay the $220 price and they both said okay and that they understood that. They did the hairstyle as $250 even though I stated multiple times that I didn’t wan’t that and charged me for it anyways. Just a bunch of scammers, I wish I had documentation of the discussion so I could send it to the police. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!
