I went with my wife to get her first pair of glasses. We were prepared for it to be pretty nerve-wracking experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find the whole process easy and even enjoyable. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions. The only complaint I have is the building needs to have tint on the windows. It's challenging to be trying on glasses with the sun beating on you like that. Plus those poor people working in there, everything's glass and shiny and reflecting. Seems uncomfortable for them.

Abbigail was so sweet and amazing in helping me by calling and clarifying my complicated insurance and understanding how it pays/doesn’t pay. She helped show me the cheapest option. She also adjusted my current glasses until the new ones come in. Thanks Abbigail!

Loved my experience, first time going to a MyEyeDr and I will never go anywhere else. The staff was kind and helpful, the location very clean and had a great location in a shopping center If you arrive a little early. Even the service I received for thinning my lenses is so much better than what I've gotten in the past from target optical.
