Last week Montlawn held the funeral and viewing for my friend. From start to finish, the process was helpful, respectful, and informative. During the viewing, my husband and I were extremely impressed with Maya. We had many questions, but found out she was brand new to the company. She was very polite, sincere, and one of the first employees that we could tell that she wore her heart on her sleeve and really cared about our family. She took time to speak with our granddaughter, as it was her first funeral, took time to make small talk, and she seemed like the only one to really pay attention and be involved with the service..it’s the little details that made a difference.
Funeral Director Sonja Cheatham has been extremely professional and kind in assisting us with arrangements for my sister. I could not have asked for a better experience during a very emotional time.
I appreciate each and every staff member at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC.
