Warranty is worthless. I have had this roof for 9 years. Developed a roof leak during Labor Day weekend. Called Tuesday and was told only one person handled warranty claims. Heard nothing all day. Called at 4 pm and was then told he would be out all week and no one else was available. Sent an email to prove date I contacted. Next Sunday new spot was leaking. Still no contact. Unprofessional! No return phone call or email.
*Update: On the date this review was posted, Mr. McCarthy tried to contact us and stated they would honor the warranty however after 2 weeks of no contact and a forecast of heavy rains, we had already contracted another company... read full review

I am not a customer of McCarthy Metal Roofing but rather a business consultant that has been working with the company for over a year.Based on my 30 years of experience in improving businesses, I can say the company has some of the better systems in place to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. I would recommend purchasing a roof from them without any reservation.

Tim was head and shoulders the most informed roofing rep we spoke to, and also far more interested in what made sense for US. He and his team were completely trustworthy, communicated well, and did a wonderful job of de-fusing areas of potential concern. The installation took a bit of time, but was never disruptive. We are thrilled with our new roof!
