Truly hire this company. You will not be disappointed. Upfront pricing and if you need additional issue addressed while they are their, they will accommodate by telling you price up front if you wish to move forward. This company honesty and no hidden fees earn a spot in my book an future dealings. My reps were Daniel and Thomas. They were, pleasant and knowledgeable. Kudos to them and company. You are my go to hire from now on.
Excellent customer service! I contacted Matthew's Plumbing on Sunday regarding a plumbing issue. I was given a quick appointment for the next morning. I was well informed of the estimated time of arrival for technician James McLean as well as his actual arrival at my residence. The issue was examined with an accurate estimate provided. James and Tyson Crabtree installed a new water heater timely with diligent and professional skills. I will be a repeat customer if Matthew's Plumbing!
Update: James McLean came out and he did great work for us! We are very happy with his work. He had an assistant, and unfortunately, I don't recall his name. His assistant was nice as well. James was really the star here though. They used hydro jet equipment to clean out the drains that go under our house from our gutters. James also showed me video and images on a screen, so I could see what was going on down in those drains. I really appreciate James McLean and Matthew's Plumbing. I am very happy with the work.
