Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions replaced my 18 year old Rinnai Tankless water heater with a brand new Rinnai. They were about $1000 less than another big brand plumber/hvac mechanical company in Wake Co. They did a good job and would use them again.
I am so pleased with the workmanship Matthews Plumbing provides. Norman and his assistant, Scott, just installed a new hot water heater in my crawl space, Not an easy job, but they did it with expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend this group.

Adrian was great. He told me about the repair and fixed it promptly. Matthew's had the best price and offers over the phone rough estimates where other plumbers wanted to charge to come out before they tell you how much they might charges
Update 8/23/2024 Another great job.
Dashaun augered a clog in the other toilet. Came on time and unclogged it quickly for $248. Explained most probable cause was old short toilet as main was not plugged for other toilet and sinks. Very friendly and gave detailed explanations. Also told me about replacement options and costs.
