With years of experience, Dr. Jon Dick and his dedicated staff are kind and compassionate towards their patients. The clinic is comfortable, kid-friendly, and calm, creating a pleasant experience for pets and their owners. While wait times may be long at times, the quality of care and attention to detail make it worth the wait. The hospital has recently undergone interior updates, which have improved the overall look and feel. Reviews praise the hospital's professionalism, exceptional services, and ability to accommodate urgent cases, even for non-patients. The hospital's commitment to patient care and willingness to fit in urgent appointments make it a top recommendation, despite the mask mandate which some may find slightly frustrating.
Just found an old receipt from 2004 with a picture (selfie) of Doctor John and one of my favorite childhood dogs at the top and was compelled to write an review.. Been going here with my family for 20+ years and we plan on staying!!
I lost my sweet darling Mimi who was almost 16 in November 2023 and I still mourn her even death. Magnolia animal hospital showed so much compassion and followed up with a sympathy card. Dr Jon is an outstanding vet and great human being. I cannot thank him enough.
Recently I became a proud owner of kittens and I have enjoyed taking them to Magnolia animal hospital and appreciate the care my kittens are getting. However the recent changes whereby Dr Jon can only see one pet at a time from the same home is a really beginning to take its financial toll. We recently had switched over to this vet and have not been disappointed. Dr John is caring always concerned and knowledgeable. The pricing is extremely fair in today's time so don't hesitate to take your animal to this vet facility. I forgot to mention how amazing the staff is.
