I’ve gone to them twice in the past two years and have received the best customer service, attention to detail, and knowledgeable advice from Jon, D.K., and others. They really care about their customers and their customers’ experience. I went to LL flooring to get quotes for my flooring. I had the best customer service experience, They took the time to explain ever detail and answer all my questions even give me some advice on what will work best for me. With there help I am finally getting my job done ✔I am happy to purchased my materials from LL flooring they have a wide variety to choose from.

I had the pleasure of working with D.K. at LL Flooring Raleigh location. He was very kind and patient with me during this WHOLE process and trust me, I was very indecisive at times. I am big on communication and he exceeded this for me by keeping me in the loop. I did flooring throughout my whole first floor. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store , I think I needed that confirmation from him and for him to see the vision I was going for. A pro about LL Flooring for me they are priced reasonably to me and they are very knowledgeable in the field, the only con for me is remaining patient because the flooring and stair treads may take time to arrive to store... read full review
