We had all our windows replaced with LEI 4 years ago. One of the large picture windows had leaks a few months ago. We contacted LEI for a replacement and they are not willing to honor the warranty that we signed with them during the purchase, which is LEI will cover all costs of the replacement (parts and labor). It is SO disappointing that the company cannot stand by its services. I had contacted two people in LEI and so far no response after 2 weeks of multiple calls and texts. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone with this type of service and lack of communication. Truly disappointed.

If I give 0 stars I would!! Seals are leaking, windows has spots on them and not closing properly. This has caused my electric bill to increase. I have have called and sent pictures with no response. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOURS TRULY AUDREY PERRY. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING MY LOCAL NEWS.

Worst customer service I have ever come across!! After the windows were installed many of the seals failed. I was not able to get the warranty department to do anything even though the windows had a lifetime guarantee. We ended up having to get them replaced by another company. I would never give them ad a recommendation

I had LEI of Raleigh come out and replace all the windows on my house. The wait time for the windows was long but that was understandable. 4 mths after they finished I had 4 windows that had lost their seal in the top section. After multiple phone calls and going through the warranty department the replacement windows were supposed to be in production. Now almost 1.5 years later still no replacements have been installed. Now when I call I can't reach anyone? Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any business dealing I have had.

Wry disappointed. We had windows installed a few years ago. Now one is leaking badly and another is foggy. Have called this company twice - all calls go to a voice mail and never a person. They have yet to call me back. Install was great but they are terrible at following up and standing behind their product.

They are advertising open job positions, I applied and had an interview yesterday @ 11:00 am. I got there early & when I arrived to the office, nobody was there, the doors were locked and nobody answered when I knocked. I called the person I was supposed to be interviewing with 3 times from 10:55 to about 11:15, I also sent 3 emails about it, the last one was when I left at 11:30 because I waited to see if someone would be there. I didn’t hear from anyone the whole day yesterday and up until I called this morning to the 855 number, they still had no idea what happened. Honestly if this is how unprofessional they are when hiring potential employees I can only imagine how they are with having customers. Very disappointed.

From the sale guy to the installation team, everyone was so easy to work with. Had one of the screens torn during the installation, but they ordered a new one within a couple weeks. Would recommend this company.

Customer service is not the best. Their contractors aren’t either. The contractors failed to bring enough guys to complete the job, asked me to help and i got injured while doing so, they left water running for a few hours while i was at the doc after said injury, and left gaps in some of our trim. No one from the company wanted to address our concerns, even went so far as to request payment multiple times while flat out ignoring our concerns. Finally got someone to take a little responsibility for everything, we payed the balance thinking we were finally on the right track, and they went MIA even though they still needed to replace some of our trim. Now almost 2 months after paying the balance we have the same contractors i told them not to send back to my house here installing new trim. Like the product, hated the service, can’t recommend them.

I had an appointment for an estimate but the day before they started to call me nonstop, wanted me to call back ( hello I work!) and when I came come there was even a business card at my door! So o texted them and said that I just came home and not feeling well and I don’t see a reason to call as we have an estimate the next day not today! They totally ignored me and kept calling! Jesus Christ! If that company is so rude and pushy even BEFORE an estimate I can’t imagine how they are when you let them install your windows! Of course I canceled the estimate visit ….That’s not how you do business…
