I am not the type of person who has his clothes altered frequently. However, my REI winter coat had a problem with the zipper. I brought it to this tailor shop, where the seamstress diagnosed the problem, and, as I needed the coat back because of the current weather at the time, she did a rush job (she had it ready within 3 hours of my dropping it off). The charge for the rush job was only an extra $4! When I came back 3 hours later, there was still a small problem. She took extra time to fix this issue, now the zipper works much better. I was impressed by both the attitude and the service provided.

Just commenting on customer service for now since I just dropped off a dress. I’m very thankful for their true kindness from them.
I was previously disrespected over the phone from “Kim’s tailors” in wake forest and immediately called Lees who said come right on over.
Thank you so much for turning a sad moment great and getting us excited for my daughter’s dance again!

We’ve been very happy with the end result of several tailoring jobs Lee’s Tailor Shop has done for our daughter. The staff is helpful and friendly. They’re also good about a quick turn around if needed. It’s nice to find a local place that is reliable and pleasant to work with. They’re right outside of the old Sears.
