I was a new client today at the Rock Quarry Road facility. I am very disappointed with the service provided. No attention to detail, and the technician was rude and unprofessional. I was also overcharged for the same service that I routinely get at another salon.Service: Acrylic nails

Very clean. We went on a very slow day. Great service. My husband and I had pedicures. I have a concern. When we were done and paying for services rendered, only then were we told that there would be an extra $3 charge for my husband because he was a guy. There was nothing in writing anywhere about an extra 3$ for men. This was only disclosed after the fact. Is this legal? Because you're a guy you have to pay extra? None of the other salons charge this guy fee. If you do...then you should post it.

Visiting my parents from California and decided to try this salon because it's so close by. My experience was great. The salon is bright, open, airy, and has a wide selection of colors. Staff are personable and professional with delightful humor. For this shop to be so busy, it should have many more five star reviews. Will definitely visit again my next trip.
