The whole experience was great. Toyota wanted $800 for a new key. He offered to try to reprogram an older one to save money, which unfortunately Toyota has made that impossible (confirmed with conversations with dealers). Communication was good by text and by phone call. He called before coming to my job. The price for creating a new key was a lot but fair. I would contact him and do business with him again.

Omg let me tell you I had called everyone about my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and nobody would help me, they all said call the dealership. When I say excellent customer service and he got me right in less than 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!
David from KeyLogic drove to our home one day but didn't have the right key blank I guess. But he kept his word and came back the next day and was able to program a new key in about 30 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. (I had just bought a used car with only one key, and knew that if that one ever got lost it would be very expensive and cumbersome to get a new one, since you need to have one working key to make the process relatively easy). Btw, the dealer would have been $490.01 + tax, and although it still cost a lot was about half of what the dealer wanted to charge.
