I was impressed by Brian the moment I spoke to him on the phone. And was even more impressed when he showed up to fix 2 door issues at business in RTP. The most professional person we've dealt with in a very long time. I would highly recommend him.

Brian came out on short notice to fix a lock that had jammed. He was able to fabricate a modification to it that saved me lots of money while ensuring smooth operation in the future. He also waived most of the cost for the repair because it was under warranty. It's refreshing to find someone so honest and knowledgable in their craft.
