Cesar is the best! I had multiple companies come over and tell me I needed a whole new HVAC unit, which would have been upward of $10k out of my pocket… Cesar came out and fixed the unit in less than 15 minutes! So so grateful for his honesty and great help to fight this summer heat 🙏🏼🧡
Service was extremely fast and they expedited the process to obtain a new compressor and installation! AHS insurance assigned Ultra to our repair service and we are so glad to learn about them. Our service technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Justin was very prompt, informative, and considerate of our needs. He provided valuable information about our heating/cooling system and answered our many questions. Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on. Thank you Ultra Air for the wonderful experience!
