I had three watches that needed batteries and this place was recommended by a friend. The price was reasonable and the wait wasn't bad since it was inside Triangle Mall and I could walk around for the 20 minutes or just sit at the seats that were nearby. Watch battery replacement was only $15 which I thought was very reasonable. They also had a nice selection of gold and silver jewelry and did jewelry repair.

This jewelry store is an absolute gem! The exceptional service and delightful staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the stunning results leave customers not just satisfied, but truly pleased. Also I wasn't expecting the great prices. Will definitely go there when I need repairs or any jewelry!!

tried to get my watch fixed everywhere but they all said the motor is broken and they have to send it out for two weeks or more, these guys ordered one and fixed it in less than 4 days! would go there again
