Top-notch service! I have only had excellent experience anytime I have an issue. These guys are on top of their game. I have referred several other people In the neighborhood as well and they are delighted. Recently had an a fan go out in the blower and it was hot. I'm sure like every customer, there's a great sense of urgency. Some companies take this to heart and some do not. When it is 95° F and 75% humidity, one will sell organs to get air conditioning back. Fortunately, I have not had the resort to this because Jay and his crew. A++
Hottest day of the year and the A/C decides to quit cooling. Called Jay’s Heating and Cooling near the end of the day and their service technician was here the next morning. Thankfully my issue was minor and the technician had it up and running within an hour. I use Jay’s for all of my HVAC needs and I’m pleased with all aspects of the job that they perform.
