“We had a GREAT experience with Preferred Flooring & Tile. We worked with this company a few years ago on a laminate “wood” floor install for our bonus room that was flawless, we still love it. This time, we worked with Scott on a carpet install for our entire 2nd floor, and it was easy & efficient. From coming in and selecting our carpet color & pile (a process I dreaded, thinking it would be overwhelming) to scheduling delivery at our convenience around scheduled travel, etc., it was a good experience. Scott showed us a couple of carpet options, we liked the color and how it felt under foot, and he made us feel confident about our choice (not like we should consider other options or were missing something). The delivery was flawless. The team of guys were super coordinated, moved all of our furniture as needed and even took photos so they could move it back perfectly. We were impressed at how easy they made it seem. This is where we’ll go for all of our flooring needs!“

We have a small ADU where we needed to design a Murphy bed with shelving to also accommodate my work-from-home office/kitchenette space. She was willing to get creative and was also incredibly patient and detail-oriented to get the dimensions just right to work for two very different uses - hosting guests (storing bedding, creating a nightstand with outlets, etc.) and my everyday office space (housing a microwave, coffee machine, vacuum, etc.). “I wanted a 9ft round sisal rug in time for Thanksgiving that was proving difficult to find. I looked online and saw that Eatman’s has a variety of rug material by the yard that can be custom cut. The sisal I wanted was out of stock. But Betty and Reilly made it happen. They sprang into action, located a new bolt, had it shipped to them and in no time my rug was cut,serged and had protectant applied to it. And they cut a rug pad to go under the sisal too. They were so easy to work with. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Betty and Reilly. Look how great the rug looks!“
