I've been training with Kent for going on three years. Honestly, I wasn't sure I'd make it three months, but with Kent's patient guidance I have gone from a complete couch potato to ...well, no one will mistake me for Jillian Michaels, but I look and feel so much better! I have actual muscles now and lots more stamina. Kent pushes me out of my comfort zone and keeps me motivated to continue working week after week. Whatever your current fitness level, I am confident that Kent can help you reach your goals. If you believe in yourself, he will definitely believe in you. He has a private fitness center, so if you don't like sweating in public, no worries!
Kent motivates me to make better life choices and to push myself physically. He worked with me through a surgery and has gotten me not only back to my presurgery workouts but is pushing me to new levels. His workouts are varied and challenging so that I never get bored. I highly recommend Kent for anyone that feels that they need a push to better themselves and their lifestyle.
Kent is an amazing trainer, motivator and teacher.
