They have your clothes ready early and they always look crisp. 3rd different cleaners I've tried in Durham, finally found a good one!

Horrible! Very disappointed! This was my first time trying this cleaners. I dry cleaned a few of my favorite NEW tops hoping to reserve them from wear and tear in the washer . I received my top back with tiny tears/holes!! I tried to ask the lady at the desk how did this happen and she said she didn’t know. I later called and asked for the name of the manager/owner and was hung up on by the same woman. I would like to be compensated.

Horrible cleaner here in Brier Creek. Just ruined my suit jackets today, all 5 of them. How do you put so much wrinkle on customers cloths, tell them it’s ready and hand it to them? Also one of my jackets is missing buttons? SMH. DO NOT USE!!! Horrible.

The worst, do not use. The first time I went, they lost an expensive top of mine. The second time, they lost my expensive dress. When trying to communicate these errors and get a resolution their English is not good enough to understand you. Horrible experience.Services: Leather & suede cleaning

Alterations are always done with precision and earlier than date promised. I love that I found this place- a good tailor is really hard to find and this owner really goes above and beyond with customer service!Service: Alterations

Very dishonest business. Charged me $28 to hem my dress and it was not done. Yesterday I went back to get a refund and she lied and told me she had no record of my payment although I do since I paid with a credit card. Liars and dishonest. They don't do the work, but charge you.
