Services are always completed within the contract schedule. When an additional service may come up, our technician Kareem responds the next day. We have been pleased with all of HomeTeam's technicians, but Kareem is by far the best of the best. Highly skilled, professional and very personable.

Roumell is a very thorough person doing a great job of servicing our house for pests. He’s done a great job of spraying around all the nooks and crannies. He’s a great asset to HomeTeam!

I'm so happy we are with Home Team, if there is anything I do not like , it's BUGS! They keep them out of your home where they belong, they are always knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely friendly! Our tech Johnny we love, and we also have met Management who truly care about their team and their customers, Jackie and Jeremy. If I could give more than 5 stars ? I would. Excellent Customer Service, And NO NASTY BUGS!!!!!
