Monica, Sydney, and Kim have all been amazing and those stars are exclusively because of them. However, the overall management of this location is consistently disappointing. Appointments are routinely cancelled last minute and front desk employees/managers who I’ve interacted with lack empathy and don’t seem genuinely friendly. I hate to lose the ability to work with the fantastic massage therapist and estheticians, but these experiences with this location left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning.

Ms. Shay took the time with a big beautiful smile to answer all my questions in regards to a couples session for family members.

Trying to get someone on the phone here is nearly impossible. It took me three days, multiple calls, and voicemails that were never returned just to speak to someone.

The staff turnover is also very concerning—it’s hard to feel confident in a place that doesn’t seem to retain its team.

Most importantly, the way they “value” their customers is extremely disappointing. I had accumulated four credits and, since I had frozen my account to catch up, I asked if I could transfer them to friends or family. I was told that’s no longer allowed due to policy. However, another location mentioned this is something a manager *can* do—so I was directed back to my home location.

After finally reaching someone, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and came across as condescending. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer any alternative. When I asked to cancel my membership, she was more than happy to do so—which says everything about how they treat their customers.

If I’ve paid for these credits, they should be mine to use how I choose. Unfortunately, that’s not how this business operates.

While the pricing may seem affordable, the overall value and customer experience simply are not there. Sharing this in hopes others don’t run into the same frustrations.

I absolutely love Noheli and highly recommend her! She gives the best facials and has the best touch! I love the lumenfusion service with her, it gives me the best glow and has been helping with my pigmentation and fine lines so much! Also the microderm treatment gives me such a good exfoliation she has shown me the filter and it’s worth the money!

This is actually being courteous of giving one star because it should be zero! The masseuse Kim is absolutely horrible, argumentative and dismissive. From the time she came and got me from the waiting area (after waiting 15mins) she appeared to have an attitude with me. Did not show ANY empathy in regards to the fact that my appointment was rescheduled and scheduled INCORRECTLY TWICE! Leaving me to waste gas coming on two different trips and still not being seen. 0/10 highly don’t recommend.

Great staff, very professional. Great ambiance. Received a massage from Ruben that was exactly what I needed. Couldn't be happier.

Robert was fantastic! I am a caregiver and my back was in bad shape. I got the deep tissue massage. He listened to me and adjusted the pressure where I needed it. I left feeling so relaxed. Thanks Robert! I will be back!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the way this situation was handled from start to finish.
I booked and paid for a 2-hour full-body massage from 12:00–2:00, yet my service did not begin until 12:30. From there, the experience only went downhill. After briefly asking what areas I wanted “extra focus” on, I mentioned my shoulder blades and lower back—expecting, as anyone reasonably would, that this meant additional attention, not that my entire 2-hour service would be spent almost exclusively on one small area.
Instead, the massage remained on my back for nearly the entire duration. There was little to no transition to other areas of the body, and at times the repetitive motion became so excessive that my skin now feels irritated to the point where even water stings more than 24 hours later. When the session abruptly ended at 2:00, I was genuinely confused. When I asked why no other areas were addressed, I was told it was because I had asked to “focus” on my shoulder blades. That explanation is unreasonable and reflects a serious lack of communication and basic industry understanding.
I brought this to the front desk, where a supervisor initially acknowledged the issue and stated she would comp the second hour and only charge me an introductory rate for the first. However, after leaving, I realized I had in fact still been charged for the full 2-hour service. What followed was even more frustrating—multiple calls, no return call from the supervisor, and dismissive, unprofessional responses from front desk staff when I attempted to follow up.
At this point, the issue is no longer just about a poor massage. It is about misleading communication, lack of accountability, and a complete failure to follow through on what was promised to resolve the situation. I ultimately canceled the follow-up appointment that had been scheduled, as I have no confidence left in this business.
This was meant to be a special birthday gift, something I only do every few years, and it was completely ruined. I would strongly caution others before spending their money here. If I were able, I would have given 0 stars...
